Some of the state requirements we will not need to do, such as, build a dam.. Also the lake level has already been set and we can use the existing case number to petition the court to look at the changes since 1963 and act accordingly. We will need the DNR's backing but I believe we should get it, the DNR is always interested in enhancing or increasing wetlands. This project would not only put more water in the lake but also the improvement to the surrounding wetlands is one of the biggest benefit
